I have a question about the Diplomate Fellowship.

We have an extensive FAQ regarding the Diplomate Fellowship on our website. As of April 2024, the Diplomate Fellowship is now available to purchase for all SDPA members. You can find more details and FAQs about this update on our website as well.

I completed an item in the previous Learning Center, but my Dashboard says it says it's not completed.

Because of the set-up of the new Learning Center, we were unable to update the modules to say that they are complete, but we were able to ensure that all your CME certificates were available. 

Earning the CME credits and certificate for an item in this system means that it is considered complete. If you have earned the credits, you have completed the module. 

You should still have access to all the recordings & could take the assessments again if you wanted without issue. If you need this to be updated, please email education@dermpa.org.

I'm having trouble logging in.

Make sure you are logged into your SDPA account at dermpa.org. After logging in there, come back to the Learning Center and click "Log In." 

Check the web link to make sure you're in the right place. Our Learning Center is now found at https://learning.dermpa.org/. Remember to update all browser bookmarks.

Where do I find my purchased courses or modules from the previous Learning Center?

You can find all previously purchased and accessed items in your dashboard. Click on "Dashboard" button on the left sidebar, and your products will be listed under "On-Demand Products." If any items from 2021 and later are missing, please email education@dermpa.org with your name and the name of the missing course.

Where can I find my CME certificates and transcripts?

Your CME certificates are located with your transcripts in your dashboard. Click on "Dashboard" in the left sidebar, and you will find a list of the items you have completed. Click the "Transcripts/Achievements" button at the top to find your transcripts and certificates. If any items from 2021 and later are missing, please email education@dermpa.org with your name and the name of the missing course.

How do I save my CME certificate as a PDF?

To save your certificate as a PDF, please follow the instructions below:

  1. In Transcripts/Achievements, click "View/Print Certificate."
  2. A new window will open with the certificate. At the top of that page, click "Print This Page."
  3. When your printer menu opens, select "Save As PDF" to save your certificate as a PDF. This will not print the certificate. Click "Save."
  4. Add a title and select the folder where you'd like to save your certificate. Click "Save."
  5. Your CME certificate is now saved to your computer.

I did not pass an assessment in a course module, and now I'm unable to move on.

Email our Education team at education@dermpa.org to request additional attempts for your assessment. Please remember to include the name of the course, and the module/section if available.

I'm having a technical issue with one of my online education items.

We apologize for this inconvenience. Contact our Education team at education@dermpa.org to alert us to the issue. Please remember to include the title of the online education item and details about the issue that is occurring so that we may properly investigate.

My assessment scores from my transcript are missing. How do I get those?

We were unable to directly transfer your previous assessment scores to the current Learning Center. If you need your assessment scores for your transcript to be updated, please contact us at education@dermpa.org.

I'm missing a CME certificate from the previous Learning Center. How can I get that item into my transcript?

Email our Education team at education@dermpa.org with the name of the education item, and we will reply at our earliest convenience. Remember to include your name and the name of the educational item.

The Diplomate Fellowship is listed in the catalog, but I'm unable to purchase it.

As of April 2024, the program is now available to purchase for all SDPA members. If you are not a member of SDPA and would like to become one, you can contact our Membership team at membership@dermpa.org for more information.

My Diplomate Fellowship modules are locked and I am unable to access them. How can I fix this?

Contact our Education team at education@dermpa.org to update your access to the Diplomate Fellowship modules.

I completed the Diplomate Fellowship program. How do I obtain my certificate of completion?

Congratulations on completing the program! Email our Education team at education@dermpa.org for instructions on how to obtain your certificate of completion.
