Section 1: Hair Disorders
- Discuss the diagnosis and treatment of non-scarring alopecias.
- Discuss the diagnosis and treatment of scarring alopecias.
- Identify and describe various hair shaft abnormalities.
- Discuss the diagnosis and treatment of hypertrichosis and unwanted hair.
- Discuss the diagnosis and treatment of hirsutism.
Section 2: Nail Disorders
- Identify key portions of nail anatomy.
- Differentiate benign and malignant tumors of the nail unit.
- Recognize and manage nail dystrophies.
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic infections of the nail unit.
Section 3: Mucous Membrane Disorders
- Identify common oral mucosal manifestations of systemic diseases and recommend treatment.
- Identify premalignant and malignant lesions that appear on the oral mucosa and recommend treatment.
- Identify common oral mucosal manifestations of systemic diseases and recommend treatment.
- Identify premalignant and malignant lesions that appear on the genital mucosa and recommend treatment.
