Mark Eliason, MD is a Professor of Dermatology at the University of Utah. He has been in practice for over 15 years. He is a general dermatologist with a clinical interest in complex medical dermatology and works in both the outpatient and inpatient dermatology setting. He completed two-year fellowship studying familial melanoma. He has a specific interest in inflammatory diseases of the skin. He had published and presented both regionally and nationally on the management of chronic spontaneous urticaria. He currently serves as the Vice-Chair of Clinical Operations in his department and oversees quality and patient safety. He is active in the education mentoring students and residents in clinical education. He also shares regular lectures with the APC's in his department, and gives the yearly dermatology course in dermatology at the University of Utah NP program.
