Genetic Expression Profile (GEP) testing has been a controversial topic in dermatology over the last few years. The use of GEP has increased despite a lack of understanding of risks and benefits. This webinar will review the most up-to-date recommendations and demonstrate a practical approach on how to incorporate in daily practice. This webinar is the final session in a three-part series on the role of genetics in dermatology.
Presented by: Orit Markowitz, MD
Learning objectives:
At the conclusion of this webinar, participants will recognize:
- What is Genetic Expression Profile (GEP) testing.
- What are the different types if GEP testing and their uses.
- What are the current controversies of GEP testing.
- A practical approach on how to incorporate GEP testing into daily practice.
