At the end of this webinar, participants will be more knowledgeable on contract negotiation with regards to:

  • Initial contract formation, duration, and termination 
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Post-termination restrictive covenants
  • Non-disparagement term
  • Liability for post-termination malpractice/tail insurance coverage, expense reimbursement, reasonable cooperation, and final compensation
  • “Liquidated damages” provisions and imposition of legal fees for breach of employment agreement
  • Other potential legal issues

Randall Gold has been an attorney with Fox & Fox, S.C since 1999 and handles legal matters and litigation (including trial work) involving employment discrimination/retaliation, commercial litigation, job harassment, civil rights, whistleblowing, unlawful discharge, False Claims Act/ qui tam, securities and investment claims, fraud, contract and defamation claims - primarily in Wisconsin and the Chicago metropolitan/Northern Illinois area, but also nationwide. Mr. Gold also regularly handles contract-related matters and negotiations for physician assistants, medical assistants, physicians, nurses, medical technicians and other medical professionals.
